Nigeria’s Golden Eaglets star Samuel Chukwueze is processing his visa to England in his bid to join fellow U17 star Kelechi Nwakali at North London club Arsenal, Sahara Sport reports.

Arsene Wenger’s side have agreed to sign Chukwueze and Nwakali from Diamond Academy in Umuahia, Abia State while Nwakali has been in London for some weeks Chukwueze is just sorting out his papers after a plan to join Red Bull Salzburg of Austria crashed. To this effect he reportedly attended a visa interview today in Abuja.

Speaking on Chukwueze, a top source said: “The boy’s trip to Austria to discuss Red Bull was what has delayed his moving to England now.”

Samuel Chukwueze, who was the third highest goalscorer at the 2015 FIFA U17 World Cup in Chile, rejected the offer from Red Bull Salzburg as it was far from expectations after the thinking initially was that he stood a better chance at the club rather than Arsenal.
