The race for the Premier League’s highest goalscorer award gathers
momentum on Saturday as many of the front runners found the back of
the net for their respective clubs.

Norman service resumed at the top of the Premier League’s goalscoring
chart as the prolific trio of Ighalo, Vardy and Kane all scored to
lift their respective sides to victory.

Nigerian forward Odion Ighalo grabbed the opener for Watford in a 2-1
defeat of Newcastle to help the Hornets’ to their first win in 5
games.
The goal is the Super Eagles hitman’s 14th in the EPL this season.

Top gun, Leicester’s Jamie Vardy returned to goalscoring form after a
personal drought, netting the second goal in a 3-0 rout of Stoke City.
It was his 16th goal of the campaign.

Tottenham Hotspurs came from a goal down at Crystal Palace to thrash
their hosts 3-1. Harry Kane drew Spurs level with his 13th strike of
an incredible season.

Sergio Aguero was Manchester City’s saviour yet again as his brace
rescued a point for the visitors in a hard-fought two-all draw away at
West Ham. Aguero now has 12 goals to his name.

Everton’ Romelu Lukaku (15 goals), Leicester’s Mahrez (13 goals) and
Arsenal’s Giroud (12 goals) complete the top seven most prolific
scorers in the league.
