FIFA will officially welcome the Nigeria delegation led by Nigeria Football Federation executive committee member Ahmed Yusuf ‘Fresh’ to the FIFA U-20 World Cup on Friday, the NFF website announced on Thursday.
The reception will be at 10am local time and the Flying Eagles players and officials will be informed about the rules and conduct of the U20 tournament in New Zealand.
The 21 players on the final squad will each receive a token $100 from FIFA.
The recepion will be at the team’s Quality Hotel Plymouth International base.
The Flying Eagles will after the orientation programme set out for training by 1pm.
