As we all know,voting for the BBC footballer of the year has been on for some time now and now it has been closed and the winner has been revealed.
The Algerian Yacine Brahimi has been voted BBC African Footballer of the Year. Coming in second place was our very own stopper,Vincent Enyeama.
“I dedicate the award to my family, all the African countries, but especially my country, Algeria,” the FC Porto winger told the BBC World News.
“This trophy is going to give me some strength, the desire to learn and also some inspiration for some great performance.”
