Turkish Super Lig club Fenerbahce are planning a move for Super Eagles striker Tolu Arokodare, Soccernet.ng reports.
Fenerbahce are looking to add quality players to aid their push for the Super Lig title. They are desperate to break Galatasaray's reign on the domestic scene, which has seen their rivals win the league three times in a row.
Also, they have not won the league title for 12 years and are eager to end that drought.

The Yellow Canaries have been on a spending spree over the past year, bringing in high-profile players to help them match up with their rivals Besiktas and Galatasaray, who have also been spending heavily.

Just this month, they signed Matteo Guendouzi from Serie A club Lazio. Last summer, they brought in players like Ederson, Kerem Akturkoglu, Yusuf Akcicek, and many others.
However, they are not done yet. According to reports from Transfermarkt, Fenerbahce are considering a move for Arokodare.

First-choice striker Jhon Duran has been inconsistent due to injuries, while Youssef En-Nesyri is being courted by several clubs and could leave this month.
As such, they are ready to move for Arokodare, who is currently at Wolves, as they believe he can give them another dimension with his height.
They also believe he can perform at the same level as his Nigerian teammates, such as Victor Osimhen at Galatasaray and Paul Onuachu, who is shining at Trabzonspor.
Can Fenerbahce Sign Arokodare from Wolves?
Arokodare is currently on the books of English Premier League club Wolverhampton Wanderers.

He joined the club from Genk in the summer, but he has had a difficult stay so far amid a lack of consistent game time and the team's battle to remain in the Premier League.
According to transfer reports, the 24-year-old striker is worth €22 million, which is an affordable fee for Fenerbahce.
However, prising Arokodare away from Wolves will be a very tough ask. First of all, he seems to have become a key part of coach Rob Edwards' plans; therefore, they will be reluctant to let him leave as they need their best players to help them stay afloat in the Premier League.

Also, Arokodare has always wanted to play in the Premier League, so moving to the Super Lig —which is a lower-ranked league — is considered unlikely at this stage.
Fenerbahce will likely have to wait until the summer transfer window before they can get their man. That move would definitely hinge on whether or not Wolves get relegated.
