Two-time UEFA Super Cup winners Valencia are considering making an offer for Super Eagles and Real Sociedad striker Sadiq Umar during the winter transfer window, Soccernet.ng reports.
The 28-year-old has been struggling for playing time at the Estadio Municipal de Anoeta, playing just 40 La Liga minutes this season.
Due to the same problem at San Sebastien last summer, Sadiq joined Valencia on a six-month loan, and he helped steady Carlos Corberan's side, scoring six goals in 19 games as Valencia finished 12th.

However, the club were unwilling to pay his 10 million euros release clause during the summer transfer window, meaning Sadiq returned to Sociedad.
Valencia weighing up Sadiq Umar January offer
As per Blanquinegres, the Nigerian striker is interested in moving to Valencia once the January transfer window opens, while the coach, Carlos Corberan, is firm in his request for the former Rangers forward.

They've also scored 11 goals, pinpointing a clear goalscoring problem. However, their move for Sadiq banks on whether or not the Sociedad forward will be called up for the Super Eagles' 25-man AFCON 2025 squad in Morocco.
An AFCON squad inclusion for the striker would mean he'll miss about two months of action, and that's a risk Valencia aren't willing to take.
