Super Falcons goalkeeper Chiamaka Nnadozie was ranked fourth in the Yacine Trophy power rankings at the Ballon d'Or awards on Monday, Soccernet.ng reports.
Following her impressive showing at the 2025 Women's African Cup of Nations and her great performance for Paris FC, Nnadozie became the first Super Falcons player to be nominated for the Yachine Trophy - the award for the best female goalkeeper in the world.

Nnadozie was nominated alongside England shot-stopper Hannah Hampton, Ann-Katrin Berger, Cata Coll, and Daphne Van Domselaar.
However, she finished fourth in the rankings, with England's Hampton taking the trophy home. Second was Berger, while Coll finished third.

Hampton, who finished second, won the domestic treble with Chelsea and the Women's Euros with England.
Although Chiamaka Nnadozie finished fourth in the rankings she will be very happy that she finished in the top five.
Now, she will look to continue her impressive performances for Nigeria and her new club Brighton.
Meanwhile, Super Falcons coach Justin Madugu, was beaten to the Johan Cruyff Award for the best coach by England coach Sarina Wiegman.

Recall that Madugu led the Super Falcons to their tenth Women's Africa Cup of Nations title in Morocco earlier in the year.

However, Wiegman's feat of clinching the Euros with England weighed much more.
