Former Atalanta forward German Dennis has urged Napoli to sign Super Eagles star Ademola Lookman this summer, Soccernet.ng reports.
Lookman has been one of the best players in the Italian Serie A for the last two years. He has proven to be an important player for Atalanta.

The 27-year-old forward has contributed 52 goals and 25 assists in 118 appearances for La Dea. Two seasons ago, he even helped them win their first European trophy after scoring a hattrick against Bayer Leverkusen.

However, Lookman's time in Bergamo is set to end this summer. But his next destination is unknown.
New Serie A champions Napoli have been linked with the Super Eagles star in recent weeks, as they are looking to bolster their squad to be able to defend their Scudetto title and mount a significant charge for Champions League trophy.
What German Dennis said about Ademola Lookman
In a recent interview, retired forward Dennis, who played for Atalanta and Napoli noted that Ademola Lookman would be perfect for La Dea due to his ability.
“Lookman would be perfect for Napoli, he has had an impressive growth, he has become a champion and today he makes the difference. He is a player who would be great at Napoli,” Dennis said, per Napoli Magazine.
Lookman has proven to be a prolific goalscorer. He has also be clutch when Atalanta needed him to deliver.
Nonetheless, moving to Napoli would be tough, as Lookman seems set on joining a club outside Italy. If he gets a decent offer abroad, he will likely move there instead of joining the Partenopeans.
Just as he has been great for his club, Lookman has been impressive for Nigeria's Super Eagles. He was born in England to Nigerian parents and represented England at youth level.
However, he switched allegiances to Nigeria in 2022. He has featured in 29 games, with eight goals and five assists to his name.
