The Nigeria Football Federation has officially confirmed the Super Eagles' participation in the 2025 Unity Cup, which is scheduled to take place in London, Soccernet.ng reports.

The tournament, featuring four teams, will set the stage for an exciting Jollof Derby clash when the Super Eagles face off against the Black Stars of Ghana.

This match is expected to be another thrilling encounter, similar to their previous meeting, which ended in a 4-1 defeat for Nigeria.

Here’s everything you need to know about the upcoming tournament, including the time, venue, and the teams that will be competing.

Time of Unity Cup 2025: When to Watch Super Eagles' Next Match?

The tournament will officially kick off on Tuesday, 27th May 2025, with the first semi-final between Trinidad & Tobago and Jamaica. This historic clash, dubbed the ‘Trini-Jam’, will mark the first-ever meeting between these two teams on UK soil.

The following day, Wednesday, 28th May 2025, the 2023 AFCON runners-up will face their bitter rivals, Ghana, in a highly charged match steeped in the long-standing 74-year rivalry between the two teams.

Both semi-finals will set the stage for an unforgettable final on Saturday, 31st May 2025, where the winners will compete for the Unity Cup 2025 trophy, while the losers of the semi-finals will battle for third place.

Venue: Where is Unity Cup 2025 Being Held?

The matches will be held at the Gtech Community Stadium in Brentford, West London, with a capacity of 17,250. The venue, home to the English Premier League side, will host the African and Caribbean teams.

Teams in the Group: Which Teams are Competing in Unity Cup 2025?

The tournament will feature four nations: Nigeria, Ghana, Jamaica, and Trinidad & Tobago. Nigeria is entering as a two-time Unity Cup winner, and Ghana will be looking to continue their dominance after their last victory.
