There was a lot of football action across Europe's top leagues on Sunday and many Super Eagles stars participated heavily, with some of them being the difference makers for their clubs.

Sars like Moses Simon, Alex Iwobi, Calvin Bassey, Moses Simon, Frank Onyeka, Samuel Chukwueze, Victor Osimhen, Rafiu Durosinmi, Bruno Onyemaechi, and many others were in action on Sunday, and many of them impressed.

In this article, Soccernet.ng ranks Nigeria's top three performers.

3. Victor Osimhen

Victor Osimhen scored a brace for Galatasaray as they played out a 3-3 draw against Kasimpasa at the Recep Tayyip Erdogan Stadyumu on Sunday. His first goal was from the penalty spot, while the second was a fine finish after a brilliant run.

Galatasaray led for most of the game, but an 85-minute goal from Haris Hajradinovic ensured that the game ended in a draw.

2. Calvin Bassey

Calvin Bassey scored the solitary goal for Fulham in their penalty shoot-out win over Manchester United in the English FA Cup.

The Super Eagles star scored the opener for Fulham in stoppage time of the first half. He got on the end of a cross from Rodrigo Muniz and planted a fine header into the net to make it 1-0.

Unfortunately for them, they could not hold on to their lead and eventually conceded in the 71st minute courtesy of a goal from Bruno Fernandes.

The game eventually dragged into extra time and then penalties. Fulham won the shoot-out 4-3. eventually.

Bassey put up a very impressive show, as he produced 11 clearances, three interceptions, 115 touches and two dribbles.

Sadiq was the star of the show on Sunday as he scored a brace for Valencia in their 3-3 draw against Osasuna. It was his first La Liga brace since moving up with Almeria three years ago, and both goals were worth the wait.

The first goal was a calm finish from close range, which beat the goalkeeper and nestled in the net. Then the second was a beautiful flick which left the goalkeeper helpless. His goal was crucial as it helped Valencia steal a draw.
