Former Barcelona and Inter Milan forward Samuel Eto’o has delighted Nigerian billionaire and philanthropist Tony Elumelu with a thoughtful gift, Soccernet.ng reports.
In a video making the rounds on social media, the Cameroonian football legend presented Elumelu with a luxurious red Hermès tie during a recent meeting.
The gesture sparked mixed reactions on social media, with some Nigerian football fans praising the bond between the two influential African figures, while others criticised the gift idea.
Elumelu, visibly pleased by the gift, thanked Eto’o with a handshake, and a clip showed the two engaging in further discussion.
