Didier Drogba spent eight at Stamford Bridge in his initial stint, before another one-year spell in the 2014/2015 season, scoring 164 goals and providing 80 assists in 381 games across all competitions.

Although he's famously known for his time with the Blue side of London, Drogba admitted to being an Arsenal fan while he was much younger.

“I like to play against Arsenal because they used to be the team people supported in France because of all the French players there, so I was supporting them as well, but since I am [at] Chelsea I do the job for my team and I am really delighted when we win like this,” the 46-year-old said as per Four Four Two.

In 15 games for Chelsea against the Gunners, the retired Ivorian forward scored 10 goals and provided four assists, and was a constant thorn in Arsenal's flesh.

Arsenal, on the other hand, this season, have rekindled their title race against Liverpool at the top of the English Premier League table, following their 5-1 win over Manchester City on Sunday.

Mikel Arteta's side are now six points behind Arne Slot's Liverpool who have a game in hand. Arsenal have also directly qualified for the UEFA Champions League round of sixteen.
