“My angel,” says Ayra Starr to Tems as she watches Arsenal fall to West Ham and poses with Saka

Nigerian music stars Oyinkansola Sarah Aderibigbe, known as Ayra Starr, and Grammy Award winner Temilade Openiyi (Tems) strengthened their bond with a visit to the Emirates Stadium on Saturday, Soccernet.ng reports.

The “Rush” crooner was spotted in the stands as Arsenal dented their Premier League title hopes with a 1-0 loss to West Ham United in London.

Jarrod Bowen scored the only goal of the game, rising to connect with a cross from Aaron Wan-Bissaka and planting a header into the middle of the net, leaving David Raya helpless.

West Ham ended their four-match winless run with the victory, while Arsenal slipped further behind league leaders Liverpool, who are now eight points clear at the top of the Premier League table.

Despite the disappointing result for Arsenal, Ayra Starr seemed to enjoy the experience, posting a picture of herself and Tems with the caption, “My angel.”

After the match, the Mavin Records sensation also had the chance to meet Arsenal winger Bukayo Saka, posing for a picture with the England international of Nigerian descent.

Ayra Starr and Tems, both known for their global success in the music industry, continue to strengthen their bond.

Tems, in particular, has been deepening her ties with football, having earlier made history as the first female to own a stake in San Diego FC.

Away from Ayra Starr and Tems, Arsenal’s loss to West Ham further complicates their title hopes, with Mikel Arteta’s side now under mounting pressure as the season progresses.
