Transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano, has revealed how Manchester United and other clubs interested in Super Eagles striker, Victor Osimhen, can make a January move happen, Soccernet.ng reports.
The 25-year-old forward was linked with Chelsea, Paris Saint-Germain, and Arsenal in the summer, but his €130m release clause was a big stumbling block. Instead, the Nigerian went on a season-long loan to Turkish Super Lig side Galatasaray.
Osimhen has continued to bang in goals with the CimBom Aslan, scoring 12 goals and providing five assists in 15 games across all competitions for Okan Buruk’s side. As a result, interest in the former LOSC Lille side has resurfaced, with Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain, Arsenal and Chelsea monitoring the transfer situation of the 1.85m tall forward.
The Napoli loanee has clearly revealed he’ll see out his loan spell with Galatasaray, ruling out a move during the winter transfer window, but Fabrizio has revealed there might be a chance he exits RAMS Park next month even though he admitted it won’t be easy.

In his GiveMeSport column, the Italian journalist revealed the interested parties will have to activate Osimhen’s updated €70m release clause while agreeing to pay his huge wages.
“I’m not aware of concrete talks taking place, despite links with Man United. The situation remains quiet at the moment; the only way to change it is to trigger the clause into his Napoli contract (he’s on loan at Galatasaray) and also reach an agreement on a salary close to €11m net per season. Not an easy one,” Fabrizio wrote.
Manchester United, Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain remain keen on Osimhen’s services, but with a January move looking like an unlikely option, the trio will have to wait till the summer or look for other alternatives to sort out their problems in front of goal.
