Napoli reveal true position of Man United, Arsenal, and PSG’s interest in Galatasaray’s Osimhen

Napoli director Giovanni Manna has firmly denied reports linking Victor Osimhen with a January move, insisting that none of the clubs supposedly interested in the Nigerian forward have approached the Serie A side, Soccernet.ng reports.

The 25-year-old striker has been the subject of transfer speculation, with some of Europe’s biggest clubs—including Manchester United, Arsenal, and Paris Saint-Germain—rumoured to be eyeing a move for him.

Reports in recent days have suggested that either PSG or Manchester United could look to trigger Osimhen’s €75m release clause in the upcoming January transfer window.

This would cut short his loan spell at Galatasaray and provide Napoli with a financial boost.

However, in an interview with DAZN his TMW, Manna was quick to dismiss these claims, clarifying that Napoli had not received any official offers for the striker.

“I already said many times, nobody has talked to us. Victor is owned by Napoli and currently playing for Galatasaray. I think too much has been said about this, there is nothing happening,” Manna stated.

Despite the swirling transfer rumours, Osimhen appears unfazed by the speculation.

The forward, currently on loan at Galatasaray, continues to impress with his performances, most recently scoring his 10th goal of the season in their 3-2 victory over Sivasspor in the Turkish Super Lig.

Osimhen has expressed his desire to remain at Galatasaray until the end of the season, aiming to help the club defend their Turkish league title.

He was part of the Napoli side that won the Serie A title last season, ending a 33-year wait for the club and making history by becoming the first African player to finish as Serie A’s top scorer.
