Afrobeats superstar snubs Victor Osimhen urges Arsenal to sign Ademola Lookman and Viktor Gyokeres next

Arsenal started the campaign well, but they have been struggling in recent weeks

Afrobeats superstar Odumodublvck has urged Arsenal to sign Viktor Gyokeres and Super Eagles forward Ademola Lookman in January, Soccernet.ng reports.

Arsenal have struggled to score goals in recent weeks since the injury of Norwegian midfielder Martin Odegaard. They also failed to sign a prolific striker in the summer, and that has left them with only Kai Havertz and Gabriel Jesus, who has failed to impress.

Meanwhile, away from the Premier League, Swedish striker Gyokeres and Nigerian forward Lookman have been on fiery form for their clubs. Gyokeres currently has 16 goals and one assist in ten Primera Liga games, while Lookman has contributed six goals and four assists for Atalanta in eight Serie A appearances.

Nigerian afrobeats superstar Odumodublvck, who is an ardent football follower has been monitoring Lookman and Gyokeres’ performances. And he has urged Arsenal to sign them during the winter transfer window.

On his social media page, he said, “If I’m Arteta, I’m getting Lookman and Gyokeres in January.”

The two players have been on Arsenal’s radar since last season, but the Gunners have been pussyfooting on the deal. However, it would be quite difficult for Arsenal to pull of both deals at the same time due to the intricacies of financial fair play.

Moreover, other clubs are watching Lookman and Gyokeres. Lookman still has admirers at PSG, and the clubs interested could increase if he continues with his current form.
