The former Akwa United striker made his league debut for the Kings in the encounter.

China

Meanwhile, Ola Aina returned from injury to aid Nottingham Forest FC in securing a hard-fought 1-1 draw against Crystal Palace FC.

Elijah Adebayo and Gabriel Osho were sidelined, but Fred Onyedinma made his Premier League debut for Luton Toen in a 2-1 loss at Tottenham Hotspurs.

Germany

Nathan Tella's impactful substitution saw him assist Bayer 04 Leverkusen's stoppage-time winning goal in a gripping 2-1 victory over TSG 1899 Hoffenheim.

In Bundesliga 2 action, Anthony Ujah played a pivotal role, providing an assist in Braunschweiger TSV Eintracht 1895's dominant 5-0 triumph over SV Elversberg.

Israel

It was late, late drama inside the Netanya Stadium, where Hapoel Hadera and Hapoel Petah Tikva played out an exciting 1-1 draw.

Roey Elimelech's unfortunate 91st-minute own-goal gave Hapoel Hadera the lead, but Fortune Bassey showed nerves of steel to convert a 97th-minute penalty and rescue a point for the visitors.

Italy
