Super Eagles striker Victor Boniface shared a funny reply to a video of RB Leipzig star Xavi Simons practicing his goal celebration during a training session with the Dutch national team, Soccernet.ng reports.
Boniface has been impressive at Bayer Leverkusen since he moved to the club from Belgian side Royale Union SG in the summer. The Super Eagles star has recorded 16 goals and eight assists in 23 games.
His impressive dribbling ability, eye for the pass, pace, and finesse have earned him a big reputation in the Bundesliga. Still, aside from that, his goal celebration has also become quite popular.
Earlier in the season, Real Madrid star Antonio Rudiger copied his celebration when he scored for Germany in a friendly game against Mexico in October last year. That started a bromance between them, as Rudiger later sent Boniface a signed Real Madrid jersey.
In a new development, RB Leipzig star Simons was pictured practicing Boniface’s celebration with Boniface’s Bayer Leverkusen teammate Jeremie Frimpong during a Dutch national team training session.

Reacting to the video, Boniface jokingly said he was thinking about making money from the celebration. “I think I will start charging money for this celebration,” Boniface wrote.
Boniface just returned to full training following a three-month absence owing to an adductor problem. He returns just in time for the season’s home stretch, as Bayer Leverkusen are challenging for three titles: the Bundesliga, the Europa League, and the German Cup.
His return will give Die Werkself a boost, and he will be hoping that he can perform more of his goal celebration before the season ends.
