From July 7th to July 16th, eight Nigerian club teams will face off in a well-heated affair at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Lagos State.
Nigerian Professional Football League teams will square off at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan, Lagos, over the next week to fight for the Naija Super 8 trophy, Soccernet.ng reports.
The Naija Super 8 tournament is an off-season competition, organized by Flykite Productions in partnership with MultiChoice Nigeria, has eight teams seeded against each other, in two separate groups. The tournament was created to bring excitement back to the domestic game and engender fresh emotional investments by fans to propel football to higher heights in the country.

From the south side, we have Remo Stars and Sporting Lagos F.C. squaring up for a local South-West derby, and the South-South is represented by Rivers United, with Awka United and Enyimba international representing the South-East region, with another tantalizing derby on the cards.
