According to report, the uninvited Super Eagles players took time out from their holiday schedules to train together at the Legacy Pitch of the National Stadium, Surulere.
While the invited 23 players were preparing for the upcoming AFCON qualifier against Sierra Leone at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, these uninvited players demonstrated their commitment and love for the game.
