Soccernet.ng brings you everything you need to know about the Super Eagles’ Afcon qualification fixture against the Djurtus

 

Nigeria continue their bid for a 20th Africa Cup of Nations appearance with a crunch fixture against Guinea Bissau.

Jose Peseiro’s men kicked off their quest towards qualifying for Cote d’Ivoire with a 2-1 comeback triumph over Sierra Leone at the MKO Abiola Stadium.

They followed it up with a 10-0 demolition of Sao Tome and Principe in Agadir. Victory over the Djurtus will put them in good stead to book an early ticket to the biennial African football showpiece.

For Baciro Cande’s men, they commenced their campaign on a bright note – demolishing the Falcons and True Parrots Team 5-1 before settling for a 2-2 draw with Sierra Leone in Conakry.

 

WHEN IS THE GAME

The match between Nigeria and Guinea Bissau ria is scheduled for 17::00 (West African Time) on Friday, March 24.
