Victor Osimhen has scored 21 goals overall for Napoli this season, including 19 goals in the Serie A.
A replica of Victor Osimhen’s mask was seen on AS Roma striker Tammy Abraham in a viral image as he recovered from a recent injury.
After The Woufs’ triumph against Hellas Verona at the Stadio Olimpico, the former Aston Villa player sustained the injury after a fellow teammate fell on top of him, landing his boot on his face.
Following this, the ex-Chelsea player was spotted wearing a protective face mask after suffering a nasty cut under his eye, which has sparked reactions on social media that he was imitating Napoli’s star striker Victor Osimhen, whose mask has become a point of identification for him.

On the other hand, Osimhen’s version of the mask is different from that of Abraham, which has a glass over the left eye and makes it difficult to see and coordinate, particularly while heading the ball or judging crosses.

The striker who is having trouble with the mask has a few more days to get used to it, according to football Italia, and a fresh video has surfaced showing him without one.
After several facial fractures necessitated surgery in 2021, Osimhen was forced to enter the pitch wearing a protective mask, which has since come to symbolise him. And for other supporters, the mask is a lucky break for netting a big amount of goals this season.
Nevertheless, this, for which Abraham has been teased on social media sites for tapping into Osimhen’s mask grace, is not presently functioning for the English-Nigerian, who may be forced to do without it soon enough.
