Super Eagles hopeful has received praises from his manager, Karel Garaerts and his fellow teammate following his recent performance for Union SG.

Royale Union Saint-Gilloise manager, Karel Geraerts has showered praises on Nigeria International Victor Boniface after their clash against KV Oostend.

The 22-year-old's brilliance against Dominik Thalhammer's team earned him the title of Man Of The Match.

For this, the Union supporters appreciated the Nigerian striker to the fullest with his assists in the match, even if he could not score in a 3-nil win against KVO.

Teddy Tuema scored the game's first goal from the penalty spot five minutes after the restart inside the Stade Joseph Marien, and Boniface then set up Simon Adingra for his team's second goal in the 63rd minute.

According to his teammate, who also acknowledges his contribution to the team, he said “Victor is undoubtedly a solid replacement for Undav, despite being a different kind,”
