Yusuf Otubanjo, a former U-17 and U-23 international was on the scoresheet for Armenian side, Pjunik Yerevan as they defeated in Slovan Bratislava 2-0 in the Europa Conference League.
Otubanjo score Pjunik’s second within a minute of the first to put the game past their opponents.
In Czech, Peter Olayinka was on song again for Slavia Prague as they came back from behind twice to defeat their opposition.
Olayinka helped Slavia Prague overcome Ballkani 3-2 in the Europa Conference League. It was the forward’s 13th European goal and one which put him in a comfortable position on Slavia’s all-time European scorers list.
The former Genk player scored in the 34th minute to help Slavia get back in the game for the second time before a 41st-minute winner sealed the game. Five first half goals sealed the game while Slavia sat out the rest by managing their lead.
Also in Slavia’s win, Nigerian midfielder Moses Usor featured in the second half and impressed as he completed 79% of his 48 passes.
In Sivasspor’s 1-0 away win against CFR Cluj, Ahmed Musa featured for 57 minutes before he was replaced by former Tottenham and Cameroon international, Clinton Njie. The Super Eagles completed 17 of his 25 attempted passes and had 70% accuracy in the game.
Super Eagles-eligible German, Jordan Togunarigha saw just 46 minutes of game time before he was subbed off in Gent’s 3-0 win against Shamrock Rovers.
