The youngster has raised eyebrows with his brilliant performances in the Premier League, and Lille could swoop in for him this summer
Former Ligue 1 champions Lille are interested in signing Nigeria-eligible midfielder Michael Olise from Crystal Palace this summer.
Olise had caught a lot of attention since his €9.3million move from Reading last summer. Although his game time has been limited, the 20-year-old has churned out decent displays for the Eagles.
Operating most times as a playmaker, Olise has two Premier League goals and five assists in 26 appearances.
His performances have raised eyebrows, and according to SportWitness, Lille could swoop in for him this summer.
Olise is currently valued at €20million (₦8.8billion), which could be a big ask for Lille. However, with the sales of Pepe and Osimhen in recent years, and the potential returns they could get from selling Olise in the future, the Mastiff could get their man.
Olise was born in England to a Nigerian father and a Franco-Algerian mother. He is eligible to represent England, France, Algeria, and Nigeria.
He currently plays for the French youth teams, but he is still eligible to play for Nigeria
My god – this is such poor journalism – jumping on the back of other sites – plus he is just about to sign a new contract with Palace.
Lille better have 70 million euroes not what you are quoting mate.
