Super Eagles star Samuel showcased his Nigerian heritage in the Villarreal dressing room. He grooved to award-winning Nigerian singer Yemi Alade's ‘Do as I do' after they progressed to the quarterfinal of the UEFA Champions League.
Chukwueze came on in the 84th minute while the Yellow Submarine were trailing Bayern Munich by a lone goal. And within four minutes of his introduction, he struck a spectacular finish behind Manuel Neuer to make it 2-1 on aggregate ensuring a semifinal spot for the Europa League champions after a 16-year hiatus.
