“KAN U believe it. One more sleep till Nigeria v Ghana World Cup qualifier. We wish the super eagles all the best. We are behind you come on, let’s do it victory all the way” he wrote.

Kanu played in the 1998, 2002 and 2010 World Cups for Nigeria.

Nigeria will host the Black Stars in less than six hours with a ticket to the Qatar 2022 World Cup all to play for.

The first leg ended in a 0-0 draw further throwing the clash open and putting the Super Eagles especially under pressure as a score draw means Nigeria will not be going to the mundial.

The Nigerians have been charged to win, with a full capacity expected in Abuja and home support to swing the momentum to their advantage.
