The Turkish transfer window does not close until September 11, and one of the clubs have taken advantage of that to sign a Nigerian international

Turkish Super Lig club Alanyaspor FC have completed the signing of Super Eagles star Chidozie Awaziem on a season-long loan deal from Boavista.

The Turkish Super Lig club took to their Instagram to confirm the signing of the 24-year-old. In a glamorous video posted on their Instagram account, Awaziem was seen coming down from a plane before showing off the club’s scarf.

Alanyaspor are getting a full Nigerian international with 12 caps to his name. The former Nantes star only just returned from international duty, where he was one of the Super Eagles best players in the 2-1 win over Cape Verde in a 2022 World Cup qualifier at the Estádio Municipal Adérito Sena in Mindelo, São Vicente.

Awaziem’s loan spell with Alanyaspor will be his second stint in Turkey, having played for Caykur Rizespor in the 2018/2019 season.

    What a big step.
Congrats Chiboy. Very proud of you.
But now you’ve to stay strong and be more aggressive like Ramos, Pepe, Chillini and be simple and focus like VVD of Liverpool.

That is a very terrible move.
To All of you commending this move.
I am not sure you know where Alanyaspor is on the table of the Turkish league.
He should have moved to a mid table team not one always struggling to escape Relegation.
