The Super Eagles attacker came on in the second half as the Foxes bounced back from the defeat against West Ham with a win at Carrow Road
Wilfred Ndidi and Kelechi Iheanacho both featured as Leicester City secured their second win in the Premier League this season with a 2-1 win over Norwich City at Carrow Road.
Ndidi featured in the middle of the park from start to finish, while Iheanacho came on for Harvey Barnes in the second half.
Both players played a part as the Foxes bounced back from their 4-1 thrashing at West Ham on Monday. Ndidi was busy as usual in the midfield with three tackles and the same number of interceptions, while he also had a pass accuracy of 81%.
Meanwhile, Iheanacho came on for Barnes in the 67th minute, and he played a role in the winner. The former Manchester City man beat a couple of Norwich players with his movement just over the halfway line before laying the ball to Jamie Vardy, who then set up Marc Albrighton for the winner.
Leicester took the lead in the seventh minute through Vardy, who finished off a cutback from Ricardo Pereira. But Norwich got back in the game just before halftime courtesy of a Temmu Pukki’s penalty after Çağlar Söyüncü fouled Pierre Lees Melou in the box.
However, Albrighton’s deflected effort 14 minutes from time sealed the three points for Brendan Rodgers men.
