Onyekuru has brought a momentary end to his Monaco misery after the Super Eagles star completed a deal that will keep him with the Yellow-Reds until the end of June.
The Super Lig giants are believed to have parted with a loan fee of €650,000 before Monaco sanctioned the transfer of the former Everton signing.
It is the third time the 23-year-old will be teaming up with Galatasaray.
Onyekuru, then an Everton player, first moved to Galatasaray in July 2018 after work permit issues denied him the chance to star for the Merseyside club in the English Premier League.
An exciting campaign ended with the ex-Eupen ace playing a crucial role as the Lions roared to league glory.
But, despite concrete interests from Gala following that successful spell, Everton decided to sell Onyekuru to Monaco for €13.5 million in the summer of 2019.
However, the quick-footed forward was back in Turkey on another temporary switch by January 2020 after struggling to settle in France.
This term has not been different for Onyekuru in the Ligue 1, with the attacker managing just four appearances for Niko Kovac’s side.
And he has decided to head back to Galatasaray again, where he would aim to inspire coach Fatih Terim’s men to another league triumph.
