The Nigerian has only made a few Europa League and FA Cup appearances since he joined the Red Devils, but he insists it does not bother him
Former Super Eagles striker, Odion Ighalo has revealed he is not worried about his lack of minutes at Manchester United but hopes to get more opportunities this season.
Ighalo joined Manchester United from Shanghai Shenhua on a loan deal which was supposed to keep him till the end of last season but has now been extended till the end of next January.
However, since arriving Ighalo has been used mainly as a late substitute, although he did start a few games in the Europa League and FA Cup.
The ex-Watford man is yet to start a game in the Premier League with just a total of 90 minutes from 11 league appearance last season.
But speaking in an interview with the BBC, Ighalo revealed he is not worried about his limited role at Old Trafford as long as the team is winning.

“I am a team player as long as the team is winning, doing well, that’s the most important thing,” Ighalo said.
Ighalo, however, hopes to get opportunities when United kick off their campaign on Saturday.
But hopefully, I’ll get more playing time this season, the ex-Granada man added.
United open their Premier League campaign with a home clash against Crystal Palace on Saturday.
