The Heracles Almelo striker is in Gernot Rohr’s squad for Nigeria’s Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Sierra Leone.
Cyriel Dessers is still celebrating his debut call-up to the Super Eagles after he released a new video on his Twitter page on Thursday.
The 25-year-old is set to win his first cap when Nigeria face Sierra Leon in an AFCON qualifier doubleheader against Sierra Leone.
Following the news that he has been named in the squad, Dessers revealed he couldn’t wait to put on the Nigerian jersey. He has now released a new video mark his first international call-up.
The former Utrecht striker uploaded a video which showed a glimpse of what Super Eagles fans can expect from him when he makes his debut.
Dessers is currently Eredivisie’s top scorer with 15 goals in 25 games for Heracles this campaign. With his addition, the Super Eagles now boast of one of the best-attacking talents in Africa.
