The Heracles Almelo striker is in line to make his debut for Nigeria after he was included in the Gernot Rohr's 24 man squad for the Super Eagles Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Leone Stars of Sierra Leone.

Dessers is Dutch's top-flight highest goalscorer with 15 goals in 25 appearances for Heracles Almelo this season.
The arrival of Dessers will add more firepower to an already top-quality Nigerian attack. The Super Eagles are already blessed with the likes of Victor Osimhen, Kelechi Iheanacho, Samuel Kalu and Samuel Chukwueze.
The Super Eagles take on Sierra Leone on March 27th at the Stephen Keshi Stadium in Asaba, while the return leg holds in Freetown five days later.
Nigeria victories over the Benin Republic and Lesotho last November put them on top of Group L with six points from two matches.
