The England youth international is reportedly attracting interest from other clubs with the Gunners yet to resolve his contract issue.
Bukayo Saka’s current contract expires in the summer of 2021, but the youngster is refusing to be dragged into the contract tussle.
Arsenal would like to extend the contract of the 18-year-old winger who has excelled in a more defensive position under Gunners manager Mikel Arteta.
Saka has scored two goals for the north Londoners this term and, on Monday night, provided his sixth assist of the season in a 4-0 defeat of Newcastle United.
It is this form that has reportedly alerted the duo of Liverpool and Manchester United to his situation, and both are interested in his signature.
Arsenal are working hard to tie the youngster down to a longer deal, but Saka will not confirm that he even wants to extend his stay in north London.
“I just leave all that stuff to my agent and my parents,” Saka told the Athletic.
“I just enjoy my football and play my football. ‘Do I want to stay? Like I sai,d it’s for my agent. They’re sorting it out.
“Of course I’m enjoying my football, enjoying playing under the new coach, so we’ll see what happens,” Saka concluded.
