Villarreal winger Samuel Chukwueze and Lille forward Victor Osimhen are two of the finest youngsters expected to light up the football world in the New Year, according to the France Football Magazine.

World-renowned football publication, France Football, has listed Super Eagles forwards Victor Osimhen and Samuel Chukwueze among the top 20 players to look out for in 2020.

The two talented youngsters enjoyed a fantastic 2019 with their clubs and country and more is now expected of them in the coming months.

Osimhen started 2019 banging goals from all angles for Sporting Charleroi. After netting 20 goals in just over 30 matches for the Belgian side, Osimhen then made the switch to Lille where he has not stopped scoring. The 21-year-old has already struck 10 league goals for Les Dogues and another four goals in four games for Nigeria. This remarkable goalscoring form has heightened the interests of some of Europe’s biggest clubs in his services.

On his part, Samuel Chukwueze began the year terrorising La Liga defences with his tricky feet and dazzling runs. The 20-year-old has continued with similar tempo this term, claiming three goals and one assist to stand as Villarreal’s highest performing U20 star.
