Seven Liverpool stars make the FIFA FIFPRO awards shortlist

FIFA have released the names of 55 football players nominated for the FIFA FIFPRO awards with UEFA Champions League winners Liverpool topping the list with 7 nominees.

Goalkeeper Alison Becker is in the race for the Best Goalkeeper award, while fullbacks Trent Alexander-Arnold and Andrew Robertson together with centre half Virgil van Dijk are in the running for the Best Defender award. Any of the trio of Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane, and Roberto Firmino can also claim the Best Forwarder awards for the Anfield giants.
