Barcelona’s hopes of signing Neymar have suffered a huge blow after Paris Saint Germain sporting director, Leonardo, revealed the Blaugrana’s offer for the Brazilian is not acceptable.
In what has been the unending transfer saga of the summer window, Barcelona could now be forced to end their pursuit for the 27-year-old.
Neymar who joined PSG from Barcelona for a world-record fee of 220m Euros two years ago has revealed his intentions to return to Barcelona.
But he may not get his wish with Leonardo revealing Barcelona’s offer is way below their valuation. The former AC Milan manager revealed the club has only received one formal offer from La Liga champions contrary to reports in the media.

However, he revealed talks are not dead and a deal could still be conducted. But with the transfer window closing on September 2nd, Barcelona and Neymar are running out time arranging a deal that will suit all parties.
