With just less than a week to the close of the transfer window, Neymar may finally get his wish to leave Paris Saint Germain for Barcelona, but the Blaugrana need to meet La Liga’s conditions for the deal to happen.

Neymar has expressed his desire to leave the French champions this summer and return to Barcelona, two years after he left for a world-record fee.

PSG have also expressed their willingness to let the Brazilian star leave but only if his price tag is met. Le Parisien have previously turned down cash plus a player bid from Barcelona, hoping to recoup the 220m Euros they paid for him two years ago.

However, it looks like both clubs have found a resolution according to reports with Barca’s chiefs currently in Paris. According to Goal, the Blaugrana have tabled an offer of 144m Pounds which will be paid in three instalments.

Although PSG are asking for more money plus Nelson Semedo, Barcelona are confident of getting the deal done.

Meanwhile, new reports have now emerged that Barcelona will only be able to sign the Brazilian star if they sell a player with high wages in order not to break the La Liga Salary rules and regulations.

The Catalonia based side are now considering including Ousmane Dembele in the deal. The French star who was signed two years ago as Neymar’s replacement as removed Barcelona from his Instagram page and could now be used as a makeweight in Neymar’s move.
