Ndidi sent off in Leicester’s win over Brighton

Super Eagles combative midfielder, Wilfred Ndidi received a red card in Leicester City’s 2-0 away win over Brighton in Saturday’s Premier League tie at the Falmer Stadium.

The Nigerian international who has become an integral part of the Foxes since joining the team from Genk was first shown a yellow card in the 24th minutes before receiving this marching order in the 87th minutes.

However, goals from Vicente Iborra in the 83rd minutes and Jamie Vardy in the 96th minutes was enough to silence the home crowd and ensure City walks away with all three points.

Ndidi would miss the team next match against Newcastle next Saturday.
