Messi welcomes third son as he misses Barcelona match

Brazillian football aficionado, Lionel Messi, and his beautiful wife, Antonella Roccuzzo have welcomed a son together as the footballer misses out in the Barcelona match.

It was earlier reported that Messi pulled out of Barcelona’s squad for Saturday’s La Liga match at Malaga with reports saying the birth of his third child is imminent.

The footballer has just confirmed the news of the birth of his third son by treating his 88.2 million Instagram followers to the new of the latest addition to his family.

The 30-year-old forward shared a picture of the baby’s hand with a caption that read: “Welcome Cyrus!!! Thank God it came all perfect. Mom and he are very good. We are super happy!!!!!,” wrote Messi as he his left a love emoji on the post.

Baby Cyrus is the third son of the footballer and his beautiful wife, Antonella Rocuzzo, 30. Both couples have two older sons, Thiago, 5 and Mateo, 2.

The Argentinian couple first met as children in 1996 and their relationship began a decade later.

Barcelona, who face Chelsea in the second leg of their last-16 Champions League tie at the Camp Nou on Wednesday, have an eight-point lead over Atletico Madrid at the top of La Liga.

Congratulations to Messi and wife, Antonella on their latest addition to the family.
