Nigerian sensation, Henry Onyekuru scored a brace for his Danish Superliga side RSC Anderlecht in their 3-4 away win at KV Mechelen on Friday.
Belgian midfielder, Pieter Gerkens opened scoring for Anderlecht quite early in the 18th minute, Onyekuru doubled the lead in the 30th minute.
Rob Schoofs reduced the tally for the home team in the 34th minute, Onyekuru responded again with a powerful strike in the 37th minute.
Polish striker extended the lead for the visitors, Lukasz Teodorczyk in the 43rd minute, Mechelen later responded with two goals through Nicklas Pedersen in the 60th minute and Boureima Bande on the stroke of 90 minutes to end the game 3-4 at full time.
Elsewhere at the Sydbank Park, Nigerian striker, Paul Onuachu registered the only goal for FC Midtjylland in their 1-0 win against SoenderjyskE in the Danish Superliga clash, thereby putting them on top of the table.
Onuachu picked the starting shirt, but later paved way for Jonas Borring in the 89th minute. Another Nigerian, Rilwan Hassan was also substituted in the 20 minutes of play for Midtjylland.
