Nigeria International Osaze Odemwingie has been left gutted after his Championship side, Rotterdam United were whipped 3-0 by Derby County in a League clash on Saturday.

Odemwingie, finally made his full debut appearance in that game but it was one he would want to forget in a hurry as it turned to be a nightmare of some sort.

The Nigerian striker wondered where his team got it wrong after they started the clash against the Rams quite impressively.

Odemwingie who joined the struggling Championship side having been released by Premier League side Stoke City made the starting eleven alongside Tom Adeyemi.

Started the game well but heads went down after 2goals that came from nowhere. We’ll continue to work hard to get the much needed win #RUFC

The former West Brom star man showed some flashes of brilliance in the game but was unfortunate to be booked in the 79th minute.

Having failed the Derby test, next stop for Odemwingie and his Rotterdam teammates who are rock bottom in the Championships is a testy clash against Leeds United.
