Super Eagles forward, Alex Iwobi was an unused substitute as Arsenal walloped Bournemouth 3-1 at the Emirates Stadium in Sunday’s Premier League match.

Iwobi was in the starting line up as his own goal cost the Gunners maximum point against Paris Saint Germaine (PSG) in the UEFA Champions League on Wednesday after the encounter ended 2-2.

The Gunners took the lead through Alexis Sanchez in the 12th minute before Callum Wilson equalised in the 23rd minute for the visiting team via a penalty.

However, Arsenal extended their lead in the 53rd minute thanks to a Theo Walcott’s cool finish before Sanchez scored his brace to take the game beyond the reach of Bournemouth.

The victory push Arsenal to fourth on 28 points, three points behind league leaders, Chelsea who defeated Tottenham 2-1 on Saturday, to end their unbeaten run in the league.
