Nigerian forward, Isaac Success is in a race against time to be fit for a possible debut appearance inthe Premier league against Chelsea this weekend.
It is understood that Watford coach, Walter Mazzarri, is hoping the Nigerian forward will be passed fit by the club’s medics for Saturday’s home clash against Chelsea at Vicarage Road.
The Hornets record signing trained for the first time with his team mates after suffering a hamstring injury against Lorient ina pre-season match.
Success missed his side’s opening day draw against Southampton at Saint Mary’s and according to Wdsports, Mazzarri is eager to have the 20-year-old back in action to offer his side the needed flexibility in attack alongside Odion Ighalo and Troy Deeney.
Ighalo and Deeney combined to score 28 of Watford’s 40 league goals last season and they will be glad to have Success in the mix as they target a better finish in the EPL this season.
