Super Eagles defender, Elderson Echiejile has shared his condolence message to the victim of Thursday’s night terrorist attack in Nice, France.
The incident which has been associated to a terrorist attack by the France President, Francois Hollande took place on Thursday during a firework session to mark her national holiday, the 14th of July, Bastille Day, the symbol of liberty.
Echiejile, who is with Monaco in Switzerland for their preseason campaign, sympatized with the family of the deceased  and called for total unity using his Twitter handle.
“My thoughts and prayers are with the families of those who lost their loved ones in the terror attack in Nice, France,” he wrote via his handle @EldersonEch.
A terrorist who used a hired lorry to kill at least 84 people in a rampage during Bastille Day celebrations in Nice has been named as a convicted criminal well known to the police for armed attacks.
At least 10 children are among the dead following the”cowardly and barbaric” atrocity that left at least one British national among the many injured. Officials feared thedeath toll will rise, as dramatic footage emerged of the mass killer being shot dead by police in the cab in his truck.
As hundreds remained in hospital – including 18 fighting for their lives in intensive care – investigators have been searching thehome of Bouhlel inthe Abattoirs area of Nice and carriedout a controlled explosion on a white box van nearby.
