Super Eagles and Arsenal forward Alex Iwobi was spotted wearing a Manchester City jersey but nothing to worry about, as the player was only showing support for his friend and Super Eagles team-mate Kelchi Ihenacho, fcnaija.com reports.
The Arsenal youth Academy product who emerged a force to reckon with after taking his chance in the Gunners’ first team recently in a Twitter Q&A session confirmed the U17 World Cup winner Iheanacho as his best friend in the national team.

Iwobi who has received commendations for his performances in Arsenal colors since being handed an opportunity in the first team by Arsene Wenger was recently praised by the Gunners’ youth coach Andries Jonker who believes that the Super Eagles forward’s “surprise” rise to the first team should act as inspiration for every young player coming through the academy.
The Nigeria international has beenat the club since the age of eight, before making his breakthrough into Arsène Wenger’s side last season. Jonker says the 20-year-old’s drive and determination is anexample for all to follow.
