Iheanacho deadliest striker in Premier league
Manchester City starlet Kelechi Iheanacho picked up another award at the club’s Alternative End of Season Awards on Thursday.

The 19-year-old striking sensation was named the deadliest striker in the Premier League after finding the back of the net eight times in a total game time of 752 minutes last season, bringing his conversion rate to a goal every 93.88 minutes.

He beat his illustrious teammate Sergio Aguero to the gong, with the Argentine talisman needing five more minutes to find the back of the net.

The Nigerian also won the Best Fluke Goal, Best Disallowed Goal and Best First Touch awards on Wednesday, after an awe-inspiring breakthrough season in the English top-flight.

The Super Eagles forward finished the season with 14 goals across all competitions, including an FA Cup hat-trick against Aston Villa.

Other contenders for the award were Liverpool forward Daniel Sturridge, who scored a goal every 122.38 minutes and Leicester City striker Jamie Vardy, with a conversion rate of 130.79 minutes per goal.
