Retired internationals Emmanuel Emenike and Vincent Enyeama are set to return to the international fold once again.
The two players who ply their trade in Europe are billed to play as part of the Super Eagles team in the Joseph Yobo Testimonial match to take place on May 27 at the Adokiye Amesimeka Stadium in Port Harcourt.
Enyeama who plays for Lille retired during the tumultuous reign of Sunday Oliseh as national team coach while Emenike followed suit later failing to rediscover his scoring form for the national team.
Event coordinator, Waidi Akanni said:“We have a confirmation to that effect and there are many other goodies lined up for fans because Yobo is so passionate about this project.
“Emmanuel is coming. He spoke with me personally and I am so elated with the love shownby my colleagues.”
Premier League and football legends billed for thetestimonial match include: Samuel Eto’o, Didier Drogba, John Terry, Thierry Henry and Wayne Rooney, the Ayew Brothers: Dede and Jordan, Sulley Muntari, Djibrin Cisse and Tresor Lualua.
Yobo featured at three FIFA World Cups and six AFCON tournaments, captaining and winning the 2013 AFCON tournament.
The former Everton man retired after the 2014 World Cup where he led Nigeria to a round of 16 place.
