FC Barcelona got a tough draw in the UEFA Champions League as the will face English Champions Manchester City in the round of 16 for the second consecutive season.
Barca vs Man City UCL - FlyBarca
Both teams faced each other in the same stage last season with the Catalan giants registering victories in both legs. First, a 2-0 win at the Etihad, then a reverse 2-1 win at the Camp Nou.
City will be praying their star striker Sergio Aguero is Match fit before the game which is held in February as he surely will be crucial if the Etihad outfit are to spring a surprise and run out winners.
Although, Barca are favourites to scoop the spoil but it won’t be easy as Manchester City are a team that are well groomed in physique and defending. However, with the prowess of the deadly trio of Neymar, Messi and Suarez, the Blaugranas will go into the game in full force and will be confident of a victory.
In other draws, rivals Real and Atletico Madrid will be facing german outfits in Schalke and Bayer Leverkusen respectively. Moreover, there are other mouth-watering ties as PSG face Chelsea and Juve entertain Dortmund.
