Infinix Partners with PUBG Mobile for Campus Championship: Battle for the First PMCC Nigeria Champions

The stage is set, and the excitement is building as Infinix partners with PUBG Mobile to launch the highly anticipated Campus Championship! The tournament begins on Sunday, October 13th, 2024, at the University of Abuja, marking the first of four thrilling qualifiers that will see students from top Nigerian universities battle it out to become Nigeria’s first PUBG Mobile Campus Champions.

The tournament is an opportunity for gamers across campuses in Nigeria to battle in the action packed PUBG Mobile Esports arena. Starting in Abuja, gaming squads in the Northern region will converge at the University of Abuja on the 13th of October. From there, the competition travels to Port Harcourt on October 19th where squads across the South-south and South-east regions will go head-to-head at the University of Port-harcourt. The journey then continues to the University of Ibadan on October 24th for the South-west squads, and finally, the showdown wraps up in Lagos at the University of Lagos on October 26th, featuring squads from universities and colleges in the state.

There is a N10million prize pool for the champions, and a chance attend the 2024 PUBG Mobile Global Championship in London. Infinix, known for its cutting-edge smartphones, is proud to continue supporting the rapidly growing mobile gaming community in Nigeria.
